Fast-growing Dutch tech company Tiqets has secured a $ 17 million investment
A consortium led by HPE Growth Capital has given Tiqets the resources to continue scaling globally, expand its partner network and strengthen its leading market position.

Tiqets, founded in Amsterdam in 2014, wants to make culture and entertainment more accessible. It developed an innovative ticketing platform letting visitors use their smartphones to find, book and use admission tickets for museums, shows and other attractions. In all major cities around the world consumers can order tickets online and use them instantly on their mobiles. These days customers and tourists demand the convenience of instant delivery everywhere, without needing to print tickets or having to queue at the entrance.

Since its launch the tech company has forged successful partnerships with attractions and museums in all the major tourist destinations. Tiqets currently has 75 employees in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Vienna, Rome and New York. HPE Growth Capital acknowledges Tiqets as one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Western Europe. The investor was impressed with the focused business model, the team’s speed of execution and its drive for superior customer experiences. The investment gives Tiqets the resources to continue scaling and connecting new cities worldwide.
