Etergo

Etergo, producer of the Dutch ‘Tesla of scooters’ received €10 million from a German automotive specialist. The startup will be using this investment to set up the large-scale production for the AppScooter, the first model of Etergo. The first e-scooters will be on the Dutch and German roads around the second half of 2019.

New knowledge and expertise

With this investment Etergo got more than just capital. With the knowledge and expertise of the investor in the field of automotive and service, the start-up can roll out the best service network in Europe. Etergo will use the new capital and knowledge to produce an alternative for air-polluting, recyclable petrol scooters on large scale. The kick-off is in the Netherlands and Germany, but soon after that Etergo will introduce the AppScooter in other countries. The Dutch automotive startup is also planning to open pre-orders in Asia in the upcoming days.
